Villa Louisa is a 110m2 modern Myconian villa with panoramic views and its located in the Kounoupas area. Enjoy the endless sea views of the Aegean sea, accompanied by its fabulous sunset.
The villa is in a compound of 10 residences with private entrance completely individual, and large shared pool.
Villa Louisa has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms en suite, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. One of the bedrooms has an independent entrance, and one portable bed to accommodate one more guest.
Outside there in a large 80m2 terrace, shaded by a wooden pergola.
Under of the pergola there are a sitting and dining area with a large table ideal for enjoying breakfast or a romantic dinner after a busy day at the beach. On the Lounge Area at the terrace, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sun setting displaying its astounding breath-taking colours.
There is also a stone built-in BBQ and one more built-in sitting area.
In front of the terrace, just two steps down, there is a garden with a small alley and stone steps which lead to the beautiful pool.
